Additional concierge requests start from £85/hour unless included in an agreed package; the applicable fee is confirmed before proceeding.

Can you source rare or sold-out items?
We can explore a sourcing request but cannot guarantee availability, pricing or access. Any seller and item checks need to be appropriate to the purchase.
Who approves purchases?
You approve the item, price and arrangements before proceeding. Coordination charges and retailer return or cancellation terms are clarified separately.
