Scheduled visits provide a visual overview of your property’s observable condition within the areas and access agreed with you. The visit schedule is the starting point for each membership.
Before service begins, we agree which areas will be visited, what will be checked, how condition updates will be provided and who we should contact if a concern is identified.
Maintenance coordination, keyholding arrangements and concierge requests are discussed as part of your proposal. Their inclusion and any additional charges are confirmed in writing. Specialist assessments and repairs are carried out by appropriately qualified providers, with works authorised separately.
