Yes. Concierge support can be requested on its own or alongside a property membership. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm scope, availability and fees before proceeding.

Visits are scheduled visual checks within an agreed scope. We confirm access arrangements, the areas to be visited, the checks to be made and how you will receive updates before service begins. A visual visit is not a specialist survey or technical inspection.

Inclusions are confirmed in your written proposal. Repairs, third-party costs and additional coordination are agreed separately where applicable. Additional concierge requests start from £85 per hour unless included in your agreed package.
