This notice explains how information in our travel, private jet and luxury car hire enquiry forms is used.
Responding to your request
HOUSE IX Concierge & Property Management uses your name, contact details, travel plans, preferences and budget to assess your enquiry, communicate with you and obtain relevant options.
With the permission requested in the form, relevant brief details may be shared with suitable independent travel, aviation or vehicle providers. We aim to share only what is needed for your request. Sharing the brief does not itself confirm a booking.
Form processing
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to HOUSE IX’s Outlook mailbox. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy arrangements. FormSubmit privacy information ↗
Do not submit passport copies, payment card details, access codes or sensitive medical information here. We can discuss the appropriate secure process with the relevant provider if these details are needed later.
Contact and choices
Contact [email protected] to ask about your information, correct your enquiry or request deletion. Applicable legal and record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
We keep enquiry information for handling the request and necessary business records, and review whether it is still needed. If a booking proceeds, the provider’s own privacy and booking terms will also apply.
